The 2019/20 season was the thirteenth season of the Skeleton Intercontinental Cup , which is organized and hosted by the IBSF . This racing series was the link from the World Cup 2019/20 to European Cup 2019/20 and Nordamerikacup 2019/20 . The results of the eight races of the season at five competition locations were included in the IBSF Skeleton Ranking 2019/20 .

In the women's category, US American Kelly Curtis won the overall standings ahead of Susanne Kreher from Germany and Katie Uhlaender from the USA. Christopher Grotheer from Germany won the overall ranking ahead of Wenhao Chen from China and Dave Greszczyszyn from Canada .
