The 2018/19 season was the twentieth season of the Skeleton North American Cup , which is organized and played by the IBSF . Together with the 2018/19 Intercontinental Cup and the 2018/19 European Cup, this racing series forms the basis of the 2018/19 World Cup . The results of the eight rounds of the season at four competition locations were included in the IBSF Skeleton Ranking 2018/19 .

The American Kelly Curtis was able to defend the overall victory in the women from the previous season and is the first female pilot to do so. Second place was followed by Leslie Stratton , who left the US Association this season and joined the Swedish Association. Leslie Stratton also created a historic moment in Park City when she became the first Swedish female skeleton rider to win an IBSF race. American Sara Roderick took third place overall . In the men's category , the American Andrew Blaser secured overall victory ahead of the Australian Nicholas Timmings and the Canadian Blake Enzie .
