Small Town Records
Small Town Records is a British music label . It was founded in 2004. The reason for this was the failed attempt of the founder to help the band Penknifelovelife to a record deal with the label Punkstatic Recordings after they had seen the group at a concert in Bradford .
In February 2005, the debut EP was released during a concert of the group with Enter Shikari and Bring Me the Horizon in Leeds . Since then, the label has released more than 50 releases by bands from the screamo , metal , hardcore , punk , emo , pop-punk and indie rock scenes. Many of the label's bands have already played at the SXSW , Download Festival , Sonisphere Festival and the Taste of Chaos Tour.
