The Spring is a 6.7 km long, right and northern tributary of the Spleen in Thuringia .

The Spring rises in the Gleichbergen , north of the village of Haina . First it flows in a southerly direction through Haina, then first through the Spitalmühle district of the village of Römhild , then through Römhild itself. East of the village of Milz , it finally flows into the river of the same name.
