St. Maria Magdalena (Hainrode)
The Evangelical Lutheran Church of St. Maria Magdalena is located in Hainrode , a district of the city and rural community of Bleicherode in the Nordhausen district in Thuringia . The parish of Hainrode (Hainleite) belongs to the Niedergebra parish in the southern Harz parish of the Evangelical Church in Central Germany .

The z. T. plastered ashlar -built hall church has a recessed choir tower of rubble . It was created in the 17th century. The massive ground floor of the tower comes from the previous building from the 14th century. The choir tower received an octagonal half-timbered top in the 17th century . He wears a slate-covered Welsche hood on which an open lantern sits. The almost square nave was extended by an extension in 1873 and the windows were renewed. The choir has a round arched groin vault , which originally opened in two round arches to the nave and the southern annex, the latter is currently closed. The nave is covered with a wooden barrel vault. The interior has simple, three-sided wooden galleries . The parapets have picture panels depicting the life of Jesus Christ , created in 1873. The bell was cast in 1451 by Nicolaus Phulsborn from Mühlhausen.
The Organ with 8 registers , spread over a keyboard and a pedal was in 1873 by Robert Knauf & Son built and received in 1906 by Julius Strobel a new disposition .
