Stari Petlykiwzi ( Ukrainian Старі Петликівці ; Russian Старые Петликовцы Staryje Petlikowzy , Polish Petlikowce Stare ) is a village in the south of the Ukrainian Ternopil Oblast with about 1000 inhabitants (2001).
The village, first mentioned in writing in 1467, is the administrative center of the 28 km² district council of the same name in the north of the Rajon Butschatsch , to which the village of Biljawynzi still belongs.
The village is located on the bank of the Strypa , a tributary of the Dniester , 11 km north of the Rajon center of Butschach and about 60 km south of the Ternopil oblast center . To the west of the village runs in a north-south direction, the territorial road T-20-06 to and to the east, parallel to the territorial road, highway M 18 .
