Steeven Joël Langil (born March 4, 1988 in Fort-de-France , Martinique ) is a French football player .

Career

society

Steeven Langil learned to play football in the youth team of Olympique Nîmes in Nîmes . It was here that he signed his first contract in 2006. With the club playing in the second division he stayed until mid-2007. In July 2007 he signed a contract with AJ Auxerre . The club from Auxerre also played in the second division. The 2009/10 season he was loaned to Caen for the second division SM Caen . The back series 2011 he was loaned from Valenciennes FC . The Valenciennes club played in the first division, Ligue 1 . He was then loaned to CS Sedan from Sedan . After the end of the contract period in Auxerre, he signed a contract with EA Guingamp in mid-2013 . In the second division he played until mid-2014. In July 2014 he went to Belgium , where the first division Royal Excel Mouscron from Mouscron took him under contract. After a season he went to Waasland-Beveren , a club that is also based in Belgium. In July 2016 he moved to Poland , where he signed a contract with Legia Warsaw . Here he was loaned to his former club Waasland-Beveren for the second half of 2017. In September 2017 he signed a contract in the Netherlands . Here he joined the NEC Nijmegen , a club that plays in the Eerste Divisie . Ratchaburi Mitr Phol , a first division team from Thailand , signed him from the 2019 season. Here he still plays in the first division, the Thai League .

National team

Steeven Joël Langil played twice in 2009 for the U-21 national team of France . Since 2016 he has been playing for the Martinique national football team . He made his international debut on March 24, 2016 in a qualifier for the Caribbean Cup against the British Virgin Islands at the Stade Pierre Aliker in his native Fort-de-France .
