Stefan Kneer (born December 19, 1985 in Bühl ) is a German handball player . His playing position is in the left back space .
Career
Kneer began his career at BSV Phönix Sinzheim. Then he moved to ThSV Eisenach in the 2nd handball Bundesliga . In 2006 he went to the newly formed first division club HBW Balingen-Weilstetten . In the 2007/08 season, Kneer scored 129 goals in 33 games for HBW; in the previous season there were 90 goals in 26 games. After playing for TV Großwallstadt from 2008 , Kneer moved to SC Magdeburg for the 2012/13 season . From 2014 to 2016 he played for the Rhein-Neckar Löwen and from summer 2016 for the HSG Wetzlar . For the 2020/21 season he will switch to TV Hüttenberg .
The single student has so far played 73 international matches for Germany.
