Steinbach is a Franconian village that belongs to Kleinsendelbach .
geography
Located in Erlanger Albvorland located village is one of five officially designated community parts of the Upper Franconian municipality Kleinsendelbach. It is located about one kilometer east-southeast of the center of Kleinsendelbach at an altitude of 310 m above sea level. NHN .
history
The first documented mention of the place was in 1109, but it may have been mentioned for the first time in 1007 under the name "Ramesbach". Until the beginning of the 19th century, Steinbach was under the sovereignty of the Bamberg Monastery .
