Location of Steinfeld in Lower Saxony

Steinfeld is a district of the municipality of Bülstedt ( Tarmstedt municipality ) in the Rotenburg (Wümme) district in Lower Saxony .

Geography and transport links

Steinfeld is located northeast of the main town of Bülstedt directly on the L 132 road . To the north rises the 36 meter high Bullenberg and to the southeast the 43 meter high Röhrberg . East a short distance from the 22 lies ha large nature reserve Black Moor at Bülstedt and north of the 270-hectare nature reserve Hemel Moor . The Wörpe , a tributary of the Wümme , has its source to the west of Steinfeld .

South and east of the village which runs A1 .

On March 1, 1974, Steinfeld was incorporated into Bülstedt.
