Sten Kuth
Sten Kuth (* 1969 in Mettmann ) is a German choreographer , chansonnier , entertainer and dance teacher .
Life
Sten Kuth began his dance career as a child. After training as a ADTV - dance teacher , he studied stage dance , musical , choreography and dance education in Essen and New York. Engagements as dancers and musical performers have taken him to Paris, Oslo, Amsterdam, Sydney, Hamburg, Berlin and Düsseldorf. As a dancer he has also worked with artists such as Adeva , CeCe Peniston , Grace Jones and others. Today he is mainly on stage with solo programs in the fields of chanson, cabaret and musical comedy. During his own stage career he worked as a choreographer for events, dance shows as well as film and television. He is also known as a dance instructor and Pilates expert.
Sten Kuth is the artistic director of the ChoreoArte Festival and the ChoreoArteDance Company . Since 2011, Sten Kuth has also been the artistic director and choreographer for the B.Last Project Ballet Theater Company in Berlin.
From 2011 to 2012, Sten Kuth also supported the KinderMusicalTheater in Berlin as a choreographer in collaboration with the director Volkmar Neumann and the musician and composer Michael Hansen . V. From 2007 to 2013 he was part of the permanent jury team of the Duisburger Tanztage . He is currently performing this activity more and more throughout Europe at dance tournaments and choreography competitions of various dance associations, and as a jury member at the German Federal Youth Dance Competition .
