Sabine Wolf (born May 25, 1971 in Villingen ) is a German actress and director .

life and work

Sabine Wolf completed her training as an actress at the University of Music and Theater in Hamburg and at the Lee Strasberg Institute in New York. Permanent engagements then led her to the State Theater Mainz from 1994 to 1996 and to the State Theater Detmold from 1997 to 1998 . From 2000 to 2001 Wolf was part of the ensemble of the Stadttheater Heilbronn , from 2014 to 2015 she was a guest at the Theater der Keller in Cologne.

In 1988 Sabine Wolf made her stage debut in Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet at the Deutsches Theater Göttingen in the role of Juliet . In Mainz she appeared in Three Sisters by Anton Chekhov and Measure for Measure by William Shakespeare . In Detmold she was Jenny in Brecht's Threepenny Opera and in Heilbronn she played in the world premiere of the musical Minna! by Konstantin Wecker the title role. Since 2005 Wolf can be seen on various Cologne stages, including the Theater Tiefrot and the Theater im Bauturm . In addition, she also appeared at the Contra-Kreis-Theater in Bonn .
