Stephanie Michelle Seymour (born July 23, 1968 in San Diego , California ) is an American model and actress .

Life

Career

Stephanie Seymour started her career as a model at the age of 14. After winning the Look of the Year competition , she was signed to Elite Model Management . Seymour has worked with many international designers and photographers , including Herb Ritts , Richard Avedon and Gilles Bensimon . She worked with companies like L'Oréal , Chanel and Versace .

Seymour was featured on all the covers of international magazines; In 1991 and 1994 Playboy released recordings of her.

In 2000, she played the role of the Helen Frankenthaler in the movie Pollock by Ed Harris . In 2002 she starred as Sara Lindstrom in the criminal intent episode Crazy .

Personal

From 1989 to 1990 Seymour was married to the musician Tommy Andrews, with whom she has a son (* 1991).

Seymour achieved particular fame through her relationship with Axl Rose , the singer of Guns N 'Roses . She appeared in two of the most played Guns-N'-Roses videos: Don't Cry and November Rain . In 1993 the two separated.

In 1994 Seymour married the media mogul Peter Brant . From this marriage there were three children. In March 2009, Seymour filed for divorce. In September 2010, the couple announced that the divorce was not going to take place and that they had reconciled.
