Steven Williams

Steven Williams (born January 7, 1949 in Memphis , Tennessee ) is an American actor.

Life

Williams began his film career in the mid-1970s. He made his actor debut in the film Cooley High . This was followed by various smaller roles, so he was seen in 1980 in a small supporting role in the Blues Brothers . From the beginning of the 1980s, Williams was primarily active for television and was a guest star in various television series. So he appeared in an episode of the series The A-Team as an opponent of the A-Team and in the series, Stingray and MacGyver . He became known to a larger audience through the role of Captain Adam Fuller in the TV series 21 Jump Street - Tatort Klassenzimmer , in which he was seen from 1987 to 1991. But from then on, Williams was mainly seen in guest roles in TV series, only occasionally he played in cinema productions. An example of this is a supporting role in Corrina, Corrina from 1994. He took on another leading role in 1999 in the series LA Heat , followed by a leading role in the series Legacy . He took on recurring roles in the X-Files , where he played Mr. X in 14 episodes , and in Supernatural as Rufus Turner .
