Strzałkowo [ stʂau̯'kɔvɔ ] ( German Stralkowo , 1943–1945 Stralkau ) is a village and seat of the rural municipality of the same name in the powiat Słupecki of the Greater Poland Voivodeship in Poland .
history
Until 1918/19 the place belonged to the Prussian province of Posen . For about a century the border with the Russian Empire ( Congress Poland or Vistula ) ran east of the town .
