Strumienno (German Syringe ) is a Kolonia Sołectwo in the municipality of Bierzwnik in the powiat Choszczeński in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship in northwestern Poland . From 1975 to 1998 Strumienno belonged administratively to the Gorzów Voivodeship ( Landsberg an der Warthe ). In 2007 Strumienno had 80 inhabitants.

history
Strumienno was founded in the nineteenth century on an area of 509 acres as Syringe under Magdeburg law . Syringe was first mentioned by name in 1820. Beech forest grew near Syringe and was used for fattening pigs. In 1840 Syringe had 24 houses and 153 inhabitants. In 1925 there were 23 houses and 99 residents. In 1939 it had 90 residents. Until 1945 Syringe was in the district of Arnswalde , which until 1939 belonged to the Prussian province of Brandenburg and from 1939 to 1945 to the Prussian province of Pomerania .
