The Studio Hamburg Synchron GmbH is a production company for the synchronization of films based in Hamburg-Tonndorf .

history

1960 went from the former Real-Film GmbH , the Studio Hamburg produces. A year later the studio started its own synchronous operation. Due to its good contacts with the North German Broadcasting Corporation , the studio primarily received commissions from public television in its early days.

In 1992 the dubbing department of Studio Hamburg GmbH was spun off as a subsidiary, Studio Hamburg Synchron GmbH .

After the dubbing boom of the 1980s and 1990s, Studio Hamburg Synchron was also able to receive dubbing jobs thanks to the Hamburg film subsidy .

Productions

The company mainly synchronizes cinema and television productions, but also direct-to-DVD , radio play and advertising productions .

The clients are German and foreign film and television production companies, educational institutions, industrial companies and program distribution companies. Other customers of the studio are Tele München , Arte , Super RTL and the Discovery Channel .

Studio Hamburg Synchron currently produces up to 50,000 broadcast minutes per year in nine dubbing and mixing studios.
