Susannah Melvoin

Susannah Melvoin (born January 26, 1964 in Los Angeles , California ) is an American singer and songwriter . Among other things, she is known for her collaboration with the musician Prince .

Life

Susannah Melvoin and her twin sister Wendy Melvoin were born on January 26, 1964 in Los Angeles. Her older brother Jonathan Melvoin (1961-1996) was keyboardist in the band The Smashing Pumpkins , her father Mike Melvoin was a jazz pianist , her mother Constance Lula Ives (born December 31, 1936 - May 7, 2020) was not active in the music business.
