Suzana Ćebić ( Serbian - Cyrillic Сузана Ћебић ; born November 9, 1984 in Požega ) is a Serbian volleyball player .

Career

Suzana Ćebić first played for OK Jedinstvo Užice . From there she moved to the Spanish league for OK Tenerife Marichal . Until 2010 she played in Romania at CSU Metal Galați . The Libera was then committed by the German Bundesliga club VfB 91 Suhl . In 2012 she moved to Azerbaijan to Rabita Baku , where she won the silver medal at the Club World Cup in Doha . In 2013 she went to local rivals Lokomotiv Baku . In 2014 Ćebić returned to Romania to CSM Târgovişte . After a season in China with Beijing BAW, she has played again with CSM Târgovişte since 2016.

Suzana Ćebić was nominated as the best Libera of the 2006 World Cup , in which Serbia and Montenegro won the bronze medal. With Serbia , Ćebić won the silver medal at the 2007 European Championship and finished fifth at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing . In 2011 she became European champion in her own country . At the 2012 Olympic Games in London , she finished eleventh without a win. In 2015 Ćebić won the bronze medal at the European Championships in Belgium and the Netherlands .
