Lokomotiv Baku is an Azerbaijani women's volleyball club from Baku .

history

Lokomotiv Baku was founded in 1998 and has played in the Azerbaijani Super League since then, where it was runner-up in 2003, 2010 and 2012. Since 2009 women have been taking part regularly in European competitions. In 2011 Lokomotiv was second in the Challenge Cup after two 1: 3 defeats in the final against local rivals Azerrail Baku . In 2012 Lokomotiv won the Challenge Cup in the final with a 15:13 in the "golden set" over local rivals Baki Baku .
