Montpellier VUC is a French men's volleyball club from Montpellier . He currently plays in the Pro A , the highest French league.

history

The Montpellier Volley Université Club was founded as part of the Montpellier Université Club in 1941. In the years after the war they became French champions four times. The Montpellier VUC experienced its heyday in the 1970s, when it was three times champion and six times runner-up. Most recently, they reached the French cup final in 2008 and 2010. Internationally, third place at the CEV Cup 1987/88 was the greatest success.
