Suzanne May (born 1971 in Newcastle upon Tyne ) is a British actress .
life and career
Suzanne May moved with her family to various cities until they eventually settled in Reading , Berkshire , where she spent most of her childhood. At the age of 16 she studied dance at Lewisham College in South London . At the age of 18 she attended the London Studio Center for a 3-year degree in theater studies. Upon graduation, May received the Shelia O'Neil Award for Outstanding All-Round Performer (in the fields of singing, dance and acting). Previous winners include Elizabeth Hurley and Laurie Brett .
May made her debut in the film Gentlemen Broncos, alongside Sam Rockwell and Jemaine Clement . In the 2009 sequel of the film Hooligans (2005) May, in addition to playing Ross McCall , the role of Michelle "Red" Miller . May also had a role in the independent film The Scenesters , where she played the role of reporter Jewell Wright .
