action

The members of West Ham United's Green Street Elite (GSE) hooligan group, known from the first film, and their opponents from Millwall FC were sentenced to prison terms for fighting in Docklands . Location of the film is therefore the prison from Fosterville .

Right at the beginning there is a serious argument in prison between GSE hooligans under their new leader Dave and also incarcerated Chelsea supporters. The prison management then decides to split up the GSE: Dave and two of his colleagues are moved to another prison, where they soon face a majority of Millwall fans, led by "Big Marc". Mostly triggered by insults against the late GSE leader Pete, there are always wild fights between the warring fans.

Dave and his friends learn from some Spurs followers that the Millwall people are supplied with cigarettes and drugs, but also with keys by the corrupt guard Veronica, and that they can move around the prison almost freely and torture unloved inmates, and that cameras are not switched on , Posts are not filled and violations are ignored. Only guard Mason is opposed to the alliance between Veronica and the Bushwhackers and supports the GSE as much as possible.

With newcomers arriving in prison all the time, space is becoming increasingly scarce and the situation tense. Ultimately, the Ministry of Justice allows 60 prisoners classified as safe to be released early. Veronica and Mason should then draw up a list of prisoners that they consider suitable. When three Millwall hooligans are proposed for release instead of Dave and his friends, the prison administration lets a football game determine the fate of the remaining inmates based on the old gladiatorial fights .

Before the meeting, Dave is intimidated by Marc that he will kill his girlfriend, whom he has seen at Dave's side several times during visiting hours, if Dave's team does not lose. However, Dave manages to mobilize his companions who have remained in freedom and who can save his girlfriend in time. During the encounter, Dave receives a message that she is safe and turns the game in the GSE's favor. The angry Marc orders Dave's girlfriend to be killed, but only has the GSE on the phone, which Marc's henchman has long since overpowered. Marc and his two friends are then arrested for the kidnapping, and Veronica, whose machinations have been secretly reported by Mason, is arrested. Mason receives a promotion while Dave and friends are released and celebrated with a huge GSE party.
