Svay Rieng ( Khmer ស្វាយរៀង , IPA : [ sʋaːj riəŋ ]) is a province in Cambodia . The provincial capital is also called Svay Rieng .

history

The province, which extends far into Vietnamese territory, marked one of the ends of the Ho Chi Minh Trail during the Vietnam War and was called Parrot's Beak in US military jargon .
