Sverre Stallvik (born October 11, 1927 in Trondheim , † March 7, 2015 in Trondheim) was a Norwegian ski jumper .

Career

Stallvik, who started for the Byåsen IL club , won the ski jumping competition at Svenska Skidspelen in 1950, and came second in 1953. In the Nordic World Ski Championships 1974 in Sweden's Falun he was 17th on the normal hill. Stallvik achieved his first national success at the Norwegian Championships in Trysil in 1955 , where he won the normal hill title ahead of Asbjørn Osnes and Arnfinn Bergmann . At the Four Hills Tournament in 1955/56 he started in Oberstdorf and Partenkirchen . In Oberstdorf he reached the eighth place and in Partenkirchen the 16th place. At the 1956 Winter Olympics in Cortina d'Ampezzo , he jumped from the normal hill to ninth place.
