Swintha Gersthofer (* 1985 in St. Gallen ) is a German actress .

Life

Swintha Gersthofer grew up in Appenzell and Germany. From 2007 she studied acting at the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna, completing her studies in 2011. She received role lessons from Bernd Birkhahn , Birgit Doll and Dietmar König, among others .

In 2009 she played the role of Hermia in a Midsummer Night's Dream at the Shakespeare Festival in Rosenburg , in 2010/11 she played Ida in the Fledermaus at the Theater an der Wien and the Opéra National de Lorraine , and in 2011/12 she was at the Graz Schauspielhaus in Geister in Princeton To see, in 2012 she played again at the Shakespeare Festival Rosenburg, this time the role of Rosalind in As You Like It .
