The Sydbank Park is a football stadium in the Danish city of Haderslev in the region Syddanmark . It is the sporting home of the Sønderjysk Elitesport football club and was inaugurated in 2001. The venue has 10,000 seats (including 1,500 seats).
The stadium consists of the seating grandstand along the square and uncovered standing areas around the field. There are also 150 seats available in the VIP lounge. There are 22 seats in the press box for journalists . The floodlight has a strength of 1,400 lux . Around the stadium there are 5 soccer fields (one with an athletics facility ) and 6 tennis courts. The facility currently offers too few seats and does not meet the capacity requirements for stadiums in the Danish SAS league . A grandstand with at least 2,000 seats should soon be built.
Since the end of 2013, the stadium has been sponsored by the Sydbank credit institute for five years .
