TTF Bad Honnef
The TTF Bad Honnef is a German table tennis club from Bad Honnef .
The men's team made it up from the district league to the second division seven times in a row until 1992. The manager Jürgen Grosse took care of the issues from 1988 to 1995, then Jochen Lang. In 1993/94 the team won all games in the 2nd BL and rose to the 1st Bundesliga with the line-up of Fan Changmao , Zoltan Fejer-Konnerth , Andreas Fejer-Konnerth, Jochen Lang, Matthias Höring and Matthias Hüttemann . It played in this class for six years until the club voluntarily withdrew at the end of the 1999/2000 season. They were most successful in 1996/97 with fourth place.
In the ETTU Cup , the club reached the final twice, which was lost in 1998 against TTC Zugbrücke Grenzau and in 1999 against TTC Jülich .
Well-known players were Torben Wosik , Michael Plum (player-coach until 1992), Scott Boggan , Miroslav Broda , Günter Kuschmierz, Carsten Matthias , Hans-Joachim Nolten , Sun Jianwei , Mikael Appelgren , Jean-Michel Saive , Ding Song , Károly Németh .
