European Taekwondo Championships 1976

The 1976 European Taekwondo Championships took place for the first time from May 22nd to 23rd, 1976 in Barcelona , Spain . The title fights were organized by the European Taekwondo Union (ETU). A total of eight competitions were held for men in different weight classes.

The Netherlands was the most successful nation with two gold and two silver medals and one bronze medal. The Federal Republic of Germany came in second with two golds and five bronze medals, followed by hosts Spain.
