Taekwondo European Championships 1978

The 1978 European Taekwondo Championships took place in Munich from October 20-22, 1978 . The title fights were organized by the European Taekwondo Union (ETU). A total of eight competitions were held for men in different weight classes.

The most successful nation was the host Federal Republic , whose fighters won four gold, three silver and five bronze medals. Spain and the Netherlands followed on the places .
