The bus driver Erwin Mikolajczyk leads a solitary life. The gun collector, who is himself a member of a shooting club, is considered an outsider. His fetish is collecting rubber boots . Having beaten his girlfriend Lena regularly, this indicates it and Erwin is due to injury to a fine of 7,200 DM convicted. Against this punishment he puts opposition one.
