Belik Badmajewitsch Galanow , also known as Tamir Badmajewitsch Galanow ( Russian Бэлик / Тамир Бадмаевич Галанов ; born February 14, 1989 in Kischinga , Buryat ASSR , RSFSR ) is a Russian boxer .

Belik Galanow is around 1.52 m tall and boxing light flyweight . His greatest success so far was winning the silver medal at the 2011 European Championships in Ankara . After victories against Łukasz Maszczyk (19: 9), Ferhat Pehlivan (14:10) and Georgi Andonow (18: 7), he was defeated in the final against Salman Əlizadə (14:16).

In March 2012 he won the Chemistry Cup in Halle after beating Ștefan Caşlarov (13: 4), Manuel Cappai (12: 9) and Hamza Touba (12:11).

In June 2014, he won the silver medal at the World Military Championships in Almaty . He had reached the final against Youcef Soltani (TKO) and Paulo Carvalho (3-0), in which he was eliminated by Olzhas Bayniyazov (0-3).

In addition, Galanow is Russian champion in 2009, 2012 and 2013, as well as Russian runner-up in 2008, 2010, 2011, 2015 and 2016. In March 2016, he was tested positive for doping and was temporarily suspended by the AIBA .
