Tawilschanka ( Ukrainian Тавільжанка ; Russian Таволжанка Tawolschanka ) is a village in the northeast of the Ukrainian Oblast Kharkiv with about 1900 inhabitants (2001).

The end of the 17th century, founded the village (another source mentions 1899 as Year of establishment) is the administrative center of the same name, 73.753 km² District Municipality in Rajon Dvorichna to which even the villages Horobjiwka ( Гороб'ївка , ) with about 250 inhabitants and Hrjanykiwka ( Гряниківка , ) with about 600 inhabitants and the settlement Dworitschne ( Дворічне , ) include about 300 residents.

The location situated at an altitude of 105  m on the banks of here for Tawilschanka reservoir ( Тавільжанське водосховище ) pent Tawilschanka ( Тавільжанка km long), a 17, left tributary of the Oskol , 8 km east of the Rajonzentrum Dvorichna and 130 km east of the Oblastzentrum Charkiw .

The regional road P-79 runs through the village , which leads from Dvorichna to the Ukrainian-Russian border and from there as a country road to the Russian settlement of Urasowo .
