Tereza Hlavsová (born November 24, 1986 in Ústí nad Orlicí , † February 18, 2006 in Hejnice u Žamberka ) was a Czech biathlete .

Tereza Hlavsová started for OEZ Letohrad . She made her international debut at the 2003 Junior World Biathlon Championships in Kościelisko and immediately won the title in her first race, the individual. In the sprint she was 12th and improved in the following pursuit race to fourth place, just missing a second medal. She won the second medal with the Czech relay. In the further course of the year she took part in the junior races of the Summer Biathlon World Championships 2003 in Forni Avoltri , where she won 12th of the sprint, 15th of the pursuit, seventh of the mass start race and with Michaela Balatková and Klara Moravková the bronze medal with the relay.

In the 2003/04 season Hlavsová made his debut in the Junior European Cup . At the Junior World Championships in 2004 in Haute-Maurienne , she missed another placement in the medal ranks when she finished fourth in the individual. She also achieved good results as 12th of the sprint and seventh in the pursuit, but did not come close to the medal positions.

A little later, the Czech started in Minsk at the European Championships . There she won the relay bronze with Balatková and Moravková. In the sprint, too, she took third place behind Uljana Denissowa and Krystyna Pałka . In the pursuit race based on the sprint she deteriorated to tenth place and was 12th of the individual.

The third major event of the year was the 2004 Summer Biathlon World Championships in Osrblie . There Hlavsová reached ninth in the sprint and mass start, tenth in the pursuit and seventh in the relay race in the top ten in all races. The results were less good at the Junior World Championships 2005 in Kontiolahti , where she was 26th in the individual, sixth in the sprint, 12th in the pursuit and 15th in the Czech relay. The summer biathlon world championships followed in 2005 in Muonio . First, Hlavsová was used in the juniors. She finished 17th in the sprint, eleventh in the pursuit, and 14th in the mass start. For the relay race she was appointed to the women's relay and won the bronze medal as a starting runner on the side of Pavla Matyášová , Klára Moravcová and Michaela Balatková . The last international championship was the 2006 Junior World Championships in Presque Isle . Hlavsová was 27th in the individual, 13th in the sprint and 15th in the pursuit. Shortly afterwards she was killed in a car accident.
