Terje Krokstad (born October 1, 1956 in Krokstadøra ) is a former Norwegian biathlete .

Terje Krokstad started as an active player for Krokstadøra IL . He won the gold medal in the relay race with Kjell Søbak and Odd Lirhus at the Biathlon Junior World Championships in 1977 in Lillehammer . A year later he already competed in the Senior World Championships in Hochfilzen and was 13th in the sprint race. 1979 Krokstad in Ruhpolding was 32nd of the sprint and 23rd of the individual. The Olympic Winter Games in 1980 from Lake Placid were the first highlight for the Norwegians, he finished in the sprint to 17th place. Krokstad celebrated the greatest international success at the Biathlon World Championships in Minsk in 1982 . In the sprint he was 13th, in the individual he won the bronze medal behind Frank Ullrich and his compatriot Eirik Kvalfoss . Participation in the Winter Olympics again marked the end of his career . In Sarajevo he was used again in the sprint and was 13.

Nationally, Krokstad in Steinkjer won his only title with the sprint. Another four times he was runner-up and six times he won bronze medals, including one silver and three bronze medals with the relays of the Trøndelag region .
