Terzaghi Lecture
The Terzaghi Lecture has been given annually since 1963 and is linked to a lecture by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) in the field of geotechnical engineering. They are named after Karl von Terzaghi . The lecture is given at the annual ASCE meeting. The lectures are published in the ASCE's Geotechnical Journal (the name has changed over the years, today's name: ASCE's Journal of Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering).
The lecture is to be distinguished from the Terzaghi Award of the ASCE and the Vienna Terzaghi Lecture .
