Tess Ledeux (born November 23, 2001 in Bourg-Saint-Maurice ) is a French freestyle skier . She starts in the slopestyle discipline .

Career

Ledeux has been participating in AFP World Tour competitions since 2014 . In March 2014, she achieved her first podium finish with third place at the SFR Tour in Vars . In the 2015/16 season she won the Swiss Freeski Open in Glacier 3000 and the SFR Freestyle Tour in Vars. She came third in La Clusaz . In January 2017 she made her debut in Font Romeu in the Freestyle Skiing World Cup . In doing so, she won her first World Cup. At the Winter X Games 2017 in Aspen and the X Games Norway 2017 in Hafjell , she won the silver medal in Slopestyle. In March 2017 she won the gold medal in Slopestyle at the Freestyle Skiing World Championships in Sierra Nevada . In the 2017/18 season she won the Slopestyle in Font Romeu and Silvaplana and thus achieved 28th place in the overall World Cup and fourth place in the Slopestyle World Cup. At the Winter X Games 2018 she won the bronze medal in Big Air and also took eighth place in Slopestyle. In February 2018, she came 15th in slopestyle at the Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang . The following month she became French champion in slopestyle and big air. The following season she won the gold medal in big air at the X-Games Norway and the 2019 World Championships in Park City . In January 2020, she took her fourth in Font Romeu World Cup victory and the gold medal in Big aIR at the Winter X Games 2020 :
