Tetjana Lytovchenko ( Ukrainian Тетяна Литовченко , English transcription Tetyana Lytovchenko ; born January 29 or March 3, 1982 ) is a former Ukrainian biathlete .

Life

Tetjana Lytovchenko had most of her international career in the junior area. At the 2001 European Biathlon Championships in Haute-Maurienne , she was 24th of the individual, 39th of the sprint, 32nd of the pursuit and seventh with the Ukrainian relay. A little later she also ran at the 2001 Biathlon Junior World Championships in Khanty-Mansiysk and finished 33rd in the sprint, 23rd in the pursuit and individual and ten in the relay. The following year the Biathlon Junior World Championships in Ridnaun followed , where she was 20th in the individual race, 27th in the sprint, 29th in the pursuit and eleventh in the relay race. Shortly afterwards she took part again in the junior races of the Biathlon European Championships in 2002 , where she was 22nd of the sprint and 15th of the pursuit in Kontiolahti . In the singles she was tenth, with the season sixth. 2003 Litovchenko took part in Kościelisko for the third and last time in the Junior World Championships , where she was 22nd of the individual, 25th of the sprint and eleventh with the relay. In the further course of the year, the junior races of the Summer Biathlon World Championships 2003 in Forni Avoltri followed . Lytovchenko missed the medal ranks as tenth in the sprint. In the pursuit race that followed, she only had to admit defeat to Switlana Krikontschuk and won the silver medal. Winning the title followed in the mass start race. With Lyudmyla Pyssarenko and Switlana Krikontschuk, she also won silver behind the Russian representation in the relay race.

Lytovchenko made her international debut at an international women's championship early in her career. She won the bronze medal in the relay race at the 1999 Summer Biathlon World Championships in Minsk on the side of Oksana Hlowa , Oxana Jakowljewa and Iryna Merkuschina . In 2002 she won the relay bronze medal again in Jambrozowa as a starting runner alongside Olena Demydenko , Ljudmyla Sahajdak and Olena Subrylowa . In Oberhof she contested in 2003 her debut in the Biathlon World Cup and was 76th a sprint. A little later she achieved her best result in the highest international racing series in biathlon with a 58th place in an individual in Antholz . In Ridnaun she won early in the 2003/04 season of the European Cup with 25th place in a sprint and 24th in a pursuit race points in the Biathlon European Cup .
