Oxana Mykolajwna Jakowljewa ( Ukrainian Оксана Миколаївна Яковлєва , scientific transliteration Oksana Jakovljeva ; born October 6, 1980 in Dubrowka) is a Ukrainian biathlete .

Oxana Jakowljewa is a student and starts for Dynamo Sumy from her hometown. She made her international debut without much success at the Junior World Championships in 1999 in Pokljuka . The following year she was fifth in the individual and in the pursuit at this event, which was held in Hochfilzen . She first took part in the European Junior Championships in Zakopane in 2000 and won gold in the pursuit. In 2001 in Haute-Maurienne another gold medal was added in the individual and bronze with the relay, this time in the adult category. She also won bronze with the relay in 2002 in Kontiolahti . The following year in Forni Avoltri Yakovlyeva missed a medal with the Ukrainian relay as fourth. In 2005 in Minsk the season was only fifth. In 2005 in Novosibirsk she again took part in the European Championships and won silver with the relay. In Bansko 2007 she repeated her individual triumph from 2001 and also won bronze with the relay. In 2008 in Nove Mesto she had her most successful European championships so far with victories in sprint and relay and a second place in the pursuit.

Oxana Jakowljewa made her Biathlon World Cup debut in 1999 in a relay in Hochfilzen (5th). Her first individual race was a sprint in Pokljuka (56th). At her third World Cup station in Osrblie , she won individual World Cup points for the first time in 21st place. Four years later she was able to achieve her best individual placement so far with a 12th place in a sprint in the same place. The best result ever was a fifth place in the relay in Oberhof in 2005 .

Yakovlyeva took part in the 2002 Olympic Games in Salt Lake City . She only started in the singles and was 27 there. Since 2003 in Khanty-Mansiysk she took part in all biathlon world championships . The best individual result was a 15th place in the individual at the 2005 World Championships in Hochfilzen. With the season she was able to win her first silver medal in 2003 and another silver medal in 2008 in the cast Wiktorija and Walentyna Semerenko and Oxana Chwostenko .
