Thaha ( Nepali थाहा Thaha ) is a city (municipality) in central Nepal in the Makwanpur district .

The city was created in 2014 by merging the Village Development Committees Bajrabarahi , Daman and Palung . The Tribhuvan Rajmarg highway runs through Thaha. The urban area covers 84.4 km².

Residents

At the 2011 census, the VDCs from which the city of Thaha emerged had 21,717 inhabitants (10,315 of them male) in 4779 households.
