Heiße Hüpfer (Original title: The Last Continent ) is the twenty-second Discworld novel by Terry Pratchett from 1998. The place of the action is the continent XXXX . After his last assignment in the Achatean Empire at the end of Real enchanting , the talentless magician Rincewind ended up on the unknown continent XXXX . Against his will, an epochal task awaits him on this red-hot, deadly continent. He is to complete the work of the Creator, which he has messed up with his unforeseen arrival. As always, he tries to evade this responsibility by all means, but with every evasive attempt he comes more into the focus of events. Supported by a god-like kangaroo, he reaches the capital Mistauch, narrowly escapes his execution and finally surrenders to his fate.
