Thierberg is a district of the town of Scheinfeld in the Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim district in Central Franconia .

history

In 1362 the place was first mentioned as a fiefdom of the Nuremberg burgraves. In the course of the regional reform in Bavaria , the previously independent municipality of Thierberg was incorporated into Scheinfeld in 1972.
