Thomas Klischke

Thomas Klischke (* 1975 in Frankfurt (Oder) ) is a German actor , director and author .

Career

From 1998 to 2002 he studied acting at the University of Music and Theater in Leipzig . Klischke has been producing as a freelance director in children's and youth theater since 2004. Since 2006, Klischke and Sophie Linnenbaum have been dramatizing children 's books, fairy tales and their own material for the Verlag für Kindertheater Hamburg. Klischke is the author of the children's book series Käpt'n Kaos .

Awards

  • 2018: Lichtenberger Prize for Democracy and Moral Courage 2018 for: Peter Pan and the island of the flying fantasists (Text Thomas Klischke based on James M. Barrie )
  • 2012: Prize of the youth jury of the 30th Bavarian Theatertage 2012 for: We are all together forever (text by Guus Kuijer ) for an "outstanding production"
  • 2011: 3rd prize at the youth theater festival Licht.Blicke Festival of the Gostner Hoftheater for Clyde & Bonnie - still alive tour 2011
