Thomas Art

Thomas Kunst (born June 9, 1965 in Stralsund ) is a German writer .

Life

After graduating from high school, Thomas Kunst first studied education in Leipzig . Since 1987 he has been working as a library assistant at the German National Library .

He writes poetry and prose and deals with musical improvisation ( guitar and violin ). Art made his debut at Reclam Leipzig in 1991 with the book »Besorg noch für das Segel die Chaussee. Poems and a story ”. Since then, his texts have been published in ten individual titles (also as audio books or music CDs) as well as in anthologies, literary magazines and on the Internet. He is a member of the PEN Center Germany .

Thomas Kunst lives and works in Leipzig.
