Thomas Robert Zinkula
Thomas Robert Zinkula (born April 19, 1957 in Mount Vernon , Iowa , USA ) is an American clergyman and Roman Catholic Bishop of Davenport .
Life
Thomas Robert Zinkula received the sacrament of ordination for the Archdiocese of Dubuque on May 26, 1990 .
On April 19, 2017, his 60th birthday, Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Davenport. The Archbishop of Dubuque, Michael Owen Jackels , donated him episcopal ordination on June 22 of the same year . Co- consecrators were his predecessor Martin John Amos and the retired Archbishop of Dubuque, Jerome George Hanus OSB .
