The Diocese of Davenport (lat. Dioecesis Davenportensis ) located in the USA is a diocese of the Roman Catholic Church . It was founded on June 14, 1881 from areas of the Diocese of Dubuque and on August 12, 1991 even areas to establish the Diocese of Des Moines .
