Located in the United States , the Diocese of Little Rock (Latin Dioecesis Petriculana ) is a diocese of the Roman Catholic Church , which has its seat in Little Rock and includes the entire state of Arkansas . It was established on November 28, 1843 from areas of the diocese of Saint Louis . It is now under the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City as a suffragan diocese .
