The Diocese of Biloxi ( lat. : Dioecesis Biloxiiensis ) is in the United States located Roman Catholic diocese based in Biloxi (Mississippi) .

It was made by Pope Paul VI. built on March 1, 1977 and was created by the separation of areas of the Diocese of Jackson .
