Thomas Stroux
Thomas Stroux (born December 15, 1943 in Storkow (Mark) ) is a German theater actor and director .
Life
He is the son of Eva and Karl-Heinz Stroux and brother of the theater director and actor Stephan Stroux .
On June 5, 2007 he was awarded the Golden Merit for Services to the Republic of Austria . He was also awarded the Hersfeld Prize in 1981 for his role as Mephisto in Faust II .
In the 2005/06 season, Thomas Stroux took over sole management of the traditional Viennese theater company Der Grüne Wagen from Jürgen Wilke . He also played u. a. at the Vienna Burgtheater , the Stuttgart Comedy in the Marquard and in the Berlin Theater des Westens .
