Thomas Vogel (born January 18, 1972 in Zurich ) is a Swiss politician of the FDP. The Liberals . He has been a member of the Zurich Cantonal Council since 2003 and was President of the FDP cantonal parliamentary group from 2008 to 2019 . Thomas Vogel grew up in Dietlikon and Illnau-Effretikon . In 1991 he completed the Matura type B at the Rychenberg Cantonal School and, after completing his military service , studied law at the University of Zurich from 1993 . In 1998 he graduated with a licentiate .

Thomas Vogel has been a member of the FDP since 1989 The Liberals.
